Looking for bally FO-640 PDF to modify brown box solenoid tester

Does anyone happen to have a good scan of Bally FO-640?

This is the guide to modify a bally brown box solenoid test fixture in order to test -50 and -51 sound boards.

I can't find it so far in the Kordek/Cahill mountain of paper, but I'm
still keeping my eyes open for it...
