OMT tone arm concern

I have a Wurlitzer OMT vinyl 45s that the tone arm has quit returning at the end of the record. Is there a mechanical adjustment or is something else causing it.

There should be no adjustment needed, instead this is more likely to be
a lack of lubrication. Please check my oiling info here:
