Might make sense to get a hold of the WizBang folks on these questions.

When they first designed the game you could buy a conversion kit to do this yourself. Maybe these are still available at some dealers - it seems ministry of pinball still has them in stock ?
Maybe some US dealers still have these.

I have no idea how much the Stern playfield and backglass has changed that it still fits an em cabinet.. I guess that it looks similar but won't be a perfect fit. It'll probably more work than searching for an original conversion kit.

Google may be your friend on this one. The 2011 expo kit was a PF and
BG. The second round 'conversion kit' was a BG, PF (2nd run), plastics
and side art options. My guess it is hard to find, and pricey since
this stuff looks to have been priced in the 1100-1200 dollar range (?)
as a 'kit'. Since its all collectors that bought it, hard to find for
sale I'm guessing particularly since this kit pinball conversion went to
production at 4500+ dollars finished. Good luck finding a continental
cafe as well now. An original converted CC to Wizzy Bang's Big Juices
is likely going to sell if ever at about 6000-10000 due to the very
nature of all the labor, finding a machine, the rarity of the original
artwork, and of course Stern pumping out the 'EM' digital version of it
at nearly 6.5K MSRP (street price seems as well) for the reproduced
digital junk version. Great to see Dennis and his little buddy getting
the thing produced, but a shame to see it priced at such an amazingly
steep level... Just look at the PF clear coating, its a total
embarrassment.
