I REALLY need a scan of El Dorado center pf area at the wagon wheel.

Please help me salvage this playfield. I messed up bad on a clearcoat job
and wiped the paint clear to the wood and it cannot be saved without a
waterslide to that area.

It does not have to be perfect playfield, I can photoshop it but I need the
correct aspect ratio that photo's can't do. I'd be happy to provide a
waterslide to the sender if they want.

Thanks,

John in NC

I have a scanner but not the game you have in question? If you want to
bring the game to the next WS Auction I can generate a scan for you.

If you can find someone with the game but no scanner, have them print
one of my Photo Grids and get a picture with a camera.

http://tools.reelpinball.com/

If you can't find a tool in PhotoShop that is similar to what I show
from Paint Shop Pro, email me the picture and I will correct the
aspect and size for you.

It may be helpful to cut out a frame yourself and lay it out on your
playfield, then send a picture of that to whoever is helping you so
they know exactly what you need. I've also drawn the window I need
cutout onto a blank Photo Grid with my drawing tool and sent that file
to someone, so they just needed to cut along the drawn line. Whatever
it takes to make it easiest for the person taking the picture for you
and insure you get the area you want.

Whether they use a standard Photo Grid from my tools page or a
modified one that you markup, have them measure after printing to be
sure that the crosshairs are exactly 1/2" apart or you're not going to
get an accurately sized image and will have to play around with the
scaling.

A photo (or scan) of my goofed up playfield will be of little use. Big Bob
has a scanner, anyone have a 1/2 way decent El Dorado in Ga?

Thanks in advance.

I've got one in Minneapolis and can shoot a photo with the grid if
that's helpful. If you want a scan, it might be a bit trickier.

I only suggest a picture of your playfield as an example to show
someone exactly what area you need a photo/scan of.

There are a lot of people here who offer to help even when they're not
overly confident in what they're being asked to do, and I find the
easier you make it for someone to help the better the results you can
expect.

Figuring out exactly what size frame I need by cutting one myself,
then drawing cutlines on a Photo Grid so someone remote can duplicate
what I need has given me very good results. The Photo Grid is really
a very simple tool, but it can seem overwhelming to someone not
familiar with graphics tools or photography. I've gotten very good
help from people by helping to make the process as easy for them as I
can.
