BEST LASER PRINTER FOR DECALS?

Need help selecting a laser printer.(LP)
I want to be able to print the best quality, water slide decals for PF
restorations.
What new LP produces the best quality image? I don't need speed, just
best print quality.
I have usually bought HP in the past, good service, etc. but will look
at other brands.

I bought an HP Laser Jet CP2025 for water slide decals. So far it ha
worked well for me. Just make sure you have the decal paper for Lase
Jet.

I am also interested to hear what has worked for others. The papili
water slide paper I use jams up in alot of the large style HP offic
printers that I have tried it in

I use the water slide decal paper from DecalPaper.com. I haven't ha
any issues with it yet. They also have White decal paper. This work
well if you don't have an Alps printer to print white ink.

The trick it to print as soon as you can after the printer is turne
on, so the fuser isn't too hot. That might be why the paper jams o
you.

Some of the larger printers kept the fuser warm so they could print
job sooner. If the printer has a full power saver mode it doesn't kee
the fuser warm.

Just my guess.

I have a color laser printer (Brother) that works well on most things
What I want is the art files to print off. A set for the shop out decal
would be a nice start or the Williams serial number decal scan i
another on my wish list.

The Brother laser makes awesome coil wrappers BTW

I use "transparency" as the media type and it works well for me on my HP laser.
