What's new? I doubt they are getting spam blocked.. I think he just
ignores them... If they are getting blocked and ALL the people
constantly trying to get him to email them via this newsgroup then he
seriously needs to get a new email program or weed through the actual
spam. I seriously think he bites off way more than he can chew and his
business practices suffer. Also I wonder if his spam program stops him
from sending messages too. I sent him a request for some stencils,
after 5 times emailing him (over course of 3 weeks) He finally emails
me, I'll check on it in a couple days and get back to you. Never
emailed me back. Just plain poor business practice.

I've had good luck with Jeff

I purchased a Williams Alley Cats Shuffle Bowler and he crated it and
shipped in record time.

I've ordered custom artwork, stock artwork, and a couple other things here
and there he ussually gets right back.

I have never had a problem with Jeff or his products and he always gets
back to me in a timely manner. I hope he reads this and gets back to
you ASAP, (on RGP) as this should be a priority to put an end to these
negative posts.

I've bought quite a few things from him and never had a problem with
his quality. Quality has never been an issue with Jeff. He just seems
to drop the ball with emails. There is always someone on here trying to
get his attention to email them back. That is just plain sorry business
practice. I wonder if he has a lot of 'chain jerker types' emailing
him? I for one am not a chain jerker, I have the $$$'s to buy what I
want. But he just seemed to be too busy to help me.

Another thing that he does that kinda bothers me. He says he has
something for sale, and then bam he puts it up on ebay. He does that a
lot. List itr on RGP to the pinball buying folk and then if it doesnt
sell, list it on ebay at that time.
